Order Problem?

1.  My Order Shipped but I need to change the address

We’re unable to make any changes to your order once you’ve hit the “place order” button, this includes the following:

  • Changing the item or size
  • Delivery/billing address*
  • Adding items to your order
  • Adding items to your order
  • Shipping method

*If you input the incorrect address at checkout, we can not be held accountable if the order goes missing.  We are not liable to refund/replace this order.

2.  Can I change the shipping address for my order?

We will be gladly happy to change the shipping address for your order ! please email us ASAP as long as we have nto yet entered the packing process.

3.  I change the billing address for my order?

We are sorry for the issue ! We are unable to edit the billing address once an order has been placed. Do Not worry ! As long as your shipping address is correct, you will be able to receive your order !

4.  Can I change the email address to my order?

Yes, please email us with your order number, original email address and the updated email address so that we may make the changes for you. Once your email address has been updated, we can resend your order confirmation and/or shipping confirmation emails to the updated address.

5. Can I modify my order after I've placed it?

We are really sorry to hear this ! Unfortunately we cannot modify orders once they have been placed. Please follow

7.  Can I change my order after I've placed it?

8.  I received a package, but it wasn't my order

We are really sorry to hear this ! Please email us with your order number and pictures of the following: the stamped initial / number on the outside of your envelope or box, the order packing slip with the stamped initial visible, and a picture of product you did recieve.  Please note that all order issues must be email us within 14 days of delivery. 

9.  I received the wrong item.

We’re really sorry to hear this! In the unlikely event that you received a wrong item, please contact us right away to ensure we will get this sorted and resolved for you quickly & efficienctly.

  • The order number.
  • The name of the item you did not receive
  • The name of the item you received in its place
  • A clear photograph of the item you have received.

Once we’ve received the above info, we will get this sorted and resolved for your quickly. You may be asked to return the incorrect item back to us. Please note that all order issues must be email us within 14 days of delivery. 

10.  I am missing parcel item(s) in my order

We're really sorry to hear this ! Please email us within 14 days delivery with your order number and a list of the missing items. Please make sure to include a photo of the items you did received and a picture of your ppakcing slip with the stamped initial visible. We will get back to you ASAP. 

11.  I received a faulty/defective item.

We’re really sorry to hear this! In the unlikely event that you received a faulty/ defective item(s) , please contact us right away to ensure we will get this sorted and resolved for you quickly & efficienctly.

  • The Order number.
  • The name of the item(s) is/are damaged
  • A description
  • A clear photograph of the damage item you received.

If your parcel has been damaged upon delivery, please take a photographic evidence and send it to us right away to ensure we get this sorted and resolved for you quickly.

All claims for parcles arriving damaged must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.

We cannot issued a refund, credit or replacement unless proof of damage has been verified.

Once we’ve received the above info, we will get this sorted and resolved for you quickly. You may be asked to return the incorrect item back to us.

12. Have you received my return item(s) yet?

Depending on the service you’ve chosen to use to return your item(s), it can usually take up to 21 working days or less (excluding weekends or public holidays) to be delivered and processed by your return items.  We’ll be in touch by email once the return has ben processed to confirm your refund.

13.  My Item(s) says delivered, but I didn't receive it.

Sometimes USPS tracking information can be incorrect, and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive-oops ! Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but it's a great to check with your neighbors and/or post office for more information in the meantime !

14.  Need to return something?

Let’s face it, return can be a bit of a nuisance. Your’ve ordered something, and now you’ve got to send it back. Dang ! but don’t be panic, here at Humblebeeboutique we’ve worked hard to ensure this process is as seamless as possible.
